I checked the manufacturer web site and it only shows a Windows 7 driver. I have asked them if there is a compatible driver for another model ofdisplay adapter but so far no useful reply. I have had to roll back the upgrade to Windows 7 so that I can use my laptop. Hi so many people are experiencing the same issue.My monitor also requires a resolution 1920 x 1080 and on the Windows Update the latest NVIDIA Driver is downloaded which is then thrown out by Windows due to a Code 43 Error, then switching to the Basic Generic Microsoft Driver with a lower resolution resultingin a black frame around the monitor. Only one NVIDIA driver works (Windows 8 driver) but the windows update keeps on replacing the one that works with the latest NVIDIA driver which keeps on resulting in a Code 43 Error.
